New custom made Cut-To-Length machines have been installed to enhance the processing of the wire cloth filters and strainers produced in our manufacturing facility.
The design criteria established for the new machine was to include an inherent and conclusive approach to operator safety along with detailed attention to ergonomics. An extremely precise feed system, reduced setup time, extended blade life, quiet reliable operation, and a modern operator interface were incorporated into the plan as well.
With increased accuracy the overall quality of the cylindrical filters and filter assemblies produced from these new machines is exceptional.
Internal studies confirm that machine uptime and work center efficiency have improved over commercially available systems as a result of the innovative design.
